A :Propofol 2mg/kg/h pump + bupivacaine L2-3 or L3-4 spinal anesthesia injection 2ml (bupivacaine 1.2ml (5ml, 37.5mg), sterilized injection water 1.8ml)
B:2ml of bupivacaine L2-3 or L3-4 for spinal anesthesia (bupivacaine 1.2ml (5ml, 37.5mg), sterilized injection water 1.8ml)
C:Propofol 2mg/kg/h pump plus bupivacaine L2-3 or L3-4 spinal anesthesia injection 1.6ml (5ml, 37.5mg)
D:Bupivacaine L2-3 or L3-4 for spinal anesthesia 1.6ml (5ml, 37.5mg)

60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of patients and their families. 2. Patients had good treatment compliance and complete clinical examination data. 4. Elderly patients over 60 years old (systolic blood pressure no more than 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure no more than 110mmHg). 5. All of them were closed fractures of the lower extremity, and the injury lasted for more than 24 hours. (including femoral fracture, tibiofibular fracture, hip fracture replacement)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of allergy to local anesthetics and protein. 2. Severe respiratory diseases significantly affect the intraoperative oxygen saturation of patients. 3.ASA grade greater than grade III. 4. Heart disease, severe sinus bradycardia or severe atrioventricular block. The contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia: 1. Infection and deformity in the puncture site; 2. Infections of the central nervous system, such as meningitis and encephalitis
