Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma after concurrent radiotherapy. (2) Head and neck CT/MR: extensive destruction of skull base bone and tissue. (3) Postoperative pathology: radiation osteonecrosis. (4) Clinical manifestations: intractable headache, oral stench, recurrent nasal bleeding, etc. (5) Electronic nasopharyngoscope: gray and white necrotic tissue, a lot of pus crusting can be seen on the surface, and bare bone can be seen after cleaning the pus crusting. (6) CT,MR,PET,ECT, etc. excluded tumor recurrence and metastasis. (7) =18 years old, (8) the patient underwent surgical treatment after admission, (9) the gastrointestinal function was normal, there was no history of serious gastrointestinal tract before surgery, and no shock or severe stress ulcer occurred.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery or gastrointestinal ulcers, and (2) severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding. (3) Combined with endocrine system and metabolic diseases, heart, liver, kidney and other serious dysfunction.
