Interventions

Conventional treatment group:Routine lifestyle intervention.
Baduanjin treatment group once a day:Routine lifestyle intervention plus practice eight highlights, once a day.
Baduanjin treatment group twice a day:Routine lifestyle intervention plus practice eight highlights, twice a day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to ICD-10 criteria by psychiatrists with associate chief physician or above were initially enrolled and met the following conditions: (1) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria for prediabetes in the Chinese Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines, that is, FBG: 6.1mmol/L=FBG < 7.0mmol/L, and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), 2hBG < 7.8mmol/L; IGT: FBG < 7.0mmol/L, 7.8mmol/L=OGTT,2hBG < 11.1mmol/L, in line with the above two standards. (2) Age =18 years old; (3) The patient was in a stable stage of schizophrenia; (4) Have certain cognitive ability and physical exercise ability; (5) Be able to cooperate with the completion of this research; (6) Obtain the informed consent of the patient himself or his guardian, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diabetes mellitus has been diagnosed; (2) Patients with severe hypertension (low pressure higher than 110mmHg, high pressure higher than 180mmHg); (3) The use of hormone drugs; (4) Patients with fundus, nervous system, kidney, heart and plantar lesions caused by other diseases; (5) Patients who are unable to complete the intervention as required for various reasons.
