Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The patient was the first stroke or had a history of stroke but no related neurological sequelae, no history of mental illness, and no deaf-mute; ? The vital signs were stable, and the patients were in the acute stage at the time of enrollment (duration =1 week); ? The age range was 40-80 years old; (4) No previous serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organ diseases; ? Patients and their families can cooperate with the test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Progressive stroke patients; ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment and unclear consciousness; ? those who cannot correctly understand global aphasia; (4) Patients who stopped treatment during the study; ? previously suffering from other neurological diseases that can cause damage to pulmonary function muscles; ? severe deformity of bone or body backbone; ? have used or are using drugs that may affect the outcome indicators of this study (such as steroid hormones, cytotoxic drugs, etc.); ? have complicated with lung infection; ? Quit as a researcher; ? Participants in other clinical trials
