18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years; 2.Gastroenterology inpatients and outpatients with colonoscopy appointments; 3.Patients who voluntarily participated in this study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have been enrolled in this study and made another appointment for colonoscopy; 2.Patients with severe hearing impairment, cognitive dysfunction, and other reasons for not being able to communicate or cooperate with the survey; 3.Patients who refused or were not able to complete the survey for a variety of reasons; and 4.Patients with repeat hospitalizations.
