Experimental group :Administer traditional Chinese medicine Jichuan Decoction orally, 1 dose per day, decoction in water, 300ml in water, 2 times per day, 150ml per time
Control group:Administer 15-30ml of lactulose oral solution orally once a day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke (Chinese Guidelines for the Primary Prevention of Cerebrovascular Disease), the Western medical diagnostic criteria for constipation (Rome IV) and the diagnostic criteria for constipation of the Chinese medicine yang-deficiency type (Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Constipation), and is currently in stable condition. (2) Age above 45 and below 75. (3) Informed consent and able to co-operate with the return visit. (4) Comply with the TCM evidence identification of Yang deficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who cannot co-operate with return visits (2) Patients with massive cerebral infarction; (3) Swallowing dysfunction, unable to take care of themselves; (4) Puddle water test greater than grade 3; (5) Other diseases that seriously affect the quality of life: malignant tumour, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, uremia, etc.
