Inclusion criteria: ? Bachelor degree or above; ? Working in clinical nursing position for <1 years; ? Obtain the nurse practicing qualification certificate; ? No training on visual impairment simulation experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Work schedule conflict, unable to complete the test. ? Nurses who are participating in other studies.
