18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age not exceeding 40 years old The patient has a strong desire to conceive Serum FSH levels>25U/L twice or more (with an interval of more than one month between measurements) Or early follicular phase 25>FSH = 15U/L, estrogen level<20pg/ml Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to IVF Contraindications for laparoscopic surgery Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Acute phase of inflammation Malignant tumors
