Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery, such as thoracoscopic bullotomy, lung wedge resection, and lobectomy; (2) Age>18 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to II, New York Heart Function (NYHA) grade I to II; (4) BMI<24 kg/m2; (5) Estimated operation time =3 hours; (6) No spinal or thoracic malformations, respiratory obstruction, and predictable airway difficulties
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal of surgical and anaesthetic protocols; (2) known difficulty in airway management; (3) Patients requiring reoperation, emergency surgery, and conversion to thoracotomy
