80 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 80 years old; (2) Selective major abdominal surgery (definition of major abdominal surgery: removal of abdominal parenchymal organs or gastrointestinal anastomosis, surgery duration greater than 2 hours, hospitalization duration greater than 3 days)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Loss of mobility and self-care ability before surgery; (2) Patients or family members refuse to undergo a health status assessment; (3) Death during hospitalization; (4) Serious missing perioperative data
