60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients =60 years old; ? Patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; ? The patient had no visual and hearing abnormalities and no communication barriers; ? Volunteer to participate in this research, agree and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with ADL less than 40 points; ? Have been diagnosed with any type of VTE before admission or surgery; ? Contraindicated drugs to prevent VTE patients due to bleeding risk; ? People with mental disorders; ? People with severe cognitive impairment and consciousness disorder; ? Patients with heart, brain, liver and other organ lesions; ? The patient was complicated with malignant tumor.
