Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 60 years who underwent painless gastroscope; 2. American College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?. 3.Agree to sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The onset/deterioration of congestive heart failure requires changes in medication, diet, or hospitalization for any reason within the past 6 months; 2. Severe aortic stenosis or mitral valve stenosis; 3. Cardiac surgery in the past 6 months, including open chest surgery (such as coronary artery bypass grafting or valve replacement surgery); 4. History of acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina in the past 6 months; 5. Acute arrhythmia with hemodynamic instability (including tachycardia and bradycardia); 6. Allergies to propofol, eggs, soybeans, or albumin 7. Insufficient preparation of the gastrointestinal tract 8. Patients who need to stop treatment or adopt other methods of treatment due to changes in their condition or other circumstances
