Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Body mass index (BMI) = 30kg/m2; ? ASA II-III level; ? Age range from 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; ? Abnormal liver and kidney function; ? Individuals who are allergic to general anesthesia or dexmedetomidine; ? Individuals with atrioventricular block; ? Patients with difficult airways; ? Preoperative use of analgesics, sedatives, or drugs that affect hemodynamics; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Individuals with neurological and psychiatric disorders; ? Individuals with poor control of hypertension; ? Refuse to join the experiment.
