Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects were identified as old patients (men and women aged 70 years or over) with frailty. The inclusion criteria were: older adults aged 70 years or over, meeting 3 or more of the Fried Frailty Criteria, and understanding and consenting to participate this study. All eligible subjects will receive the verbal and written information and gIve their written consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were serious diseases likely to be associated with a life expectancy of less than 12 months; or severe cognitive impairment (defined as having a Mini Mental State Examination score of 18 or less); or contraindications for whole-body vibration and virtual reality training such as recent fractures (=6 months), gallbladder or kidney stones, malignancies, rheumatic arthritis, epilepsy, serious heart sicknesses or an implant, and bypass stent or cardiac pacemaker. And people who did not meet all of the inclusion criteria or who did not consent to participate would not be included.
