Intervention group
:The mecobalamin and lidocaine were injected along the pain area of the affected nerve and combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
Control group:Oral Mecobalamin Combined with local lidocaine patch.

50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The patients with zoster-associated pain were definitely diagnosed, and the eruption time was = 20 days, but not more than 180 days; 2) The age is 50-70 years old; 3) Skin or subcutaneous pain in the lesion of unilateral involved area or adjacent area of the lesion; 4) The highest NRS score in the past 24 hours was = 4; 5) Good cognitive ability; 6) Sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The duration of pain in the unilateral skin area of herpes zoster area was less than 20 days or more than 180 days; 2) Diffuse neuropathic pain or other obvious pain outside the target area; 3) Patients with severe primary disease and unstable condition; 4) Those who are allergic to mecobalamin or lidocaine; 5) Complicated with cognitive impairment, mental illness, or other diseases affecting cognition; 6) Refuse to cooperate with the treatment or refuse to sign the informed consent.
