Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age = 18 years ; ( 2 ) Clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke ; ( 3 ) Within 24 hours of onset, including Wake-up stroke or non-witness stroke patients ; the timing of the onset of symptoms LKW ( Last Known Well, LKW ) ; ( 4 ) NIHSS score : 6-25 points ; ( 5 ) NCCT / DWI-MRI ASPECTS = 6 ; ( 6 ) CTA or MRA confirmed intracranial internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery M1, M2 segment, basilar artery, vertebral artery V4 occlusion ; ( 7 ) BAT technology is preferred as the main strategy to open blood vessels ; ( 8 ) Sign the informed consent of surgery ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with coagulation dysfunction ( INR > 1.7 ) ; ( 2 ) Glomerular filtration rate was 220 mol / L ( 2.5 mg / dl ) in patients with severe renal insufficiency. ) patients ; ( 3 ) multiple organ failure ; ( 4 ) patients with cardiogenic embolism ; ( 5 ) Preoperative CT or MR confirmed cerebral hemorrhage ; ( 6 ) Patients with severe contrast agent allergy ; ( 7 ) Patients with any active bleeding or recent history of bleeding in the past month ; ( 8 ) patients with mRS score = 3 before onset ; ( 9 ) pregnant or lactating women ; ( 10 ) platelet < 50 × 10 ^ 9 / L ; ( 11 ) Participate in other intervention experiments ; ( 12 ) Investigators believe that it is not suitable to participate in this study or may cause significant risks to patients ( such as mental illness, cognitive or emotional disorders that cannot be understood and / or subject to research procedures and / or follow-up ).
