LB2(133mgLB):Bupivacaine liposome 10ml+0.9% Nacl 10ml.
LB3(67mgLB):Bupivacaine liposome 5ml+0.9% Nacl 15ml.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Cesarean section; ?ASA is classified as Grade I or II; ? The medical history data is comprehensive and reliable; ? Patients can cooperate with effective communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are serious central or peripheral nervous system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases and liver and kidney diseases; ? Abnormal coagulation function, infection at puncture site and spinal deformity; ? There is a history of opioid allergy; ? There is a history of drug abuse or dependence; ? There are contraindications for spinal anesthesia; ? There are serious obstetric complications; ? There is a history of chronic pain; 8 bradycardia and ? degree atrioventricular block.
