Interventions

Group One:Patients who are treated with domestically produced linear accelerators following standard diagnostic and therapeutic protocols receive radiotherapy using domestically produced accelerators

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age =18 years old (2) KarnofskyPerformanceScale (KPS) score 70 or higher. (3) patients with newly diagnosed and newly treated nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis and staged as I-IVA according to the UICC/AJCC8 staging system; (4) patients with more than 4 brain metastases; (5) patients had clear indications for radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with any previous history of malignant tumors; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) there were serious underlying complications.
