Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was diagnosed 2: Age =60 years old 3: The Breathlessness Beliefs Questionnaire score > 11 points 4: No speech or hearing impairment, understanding and communication skills 5: Willing to participate in this study and fill in the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Associated with other serious cardiovascular or systemic diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, stroke, malignancy and end-stage renal disease 2: Have cognitive impairment and/or serious mental illness 3: Have participated in a psychological or activity intervention study within the past 6 months 4: Previous joint replacement surgery or limited mobility
