Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Hospitalized patients undergoing hip/knee replacement; Age =18 years old;? Patients hospitalized after multiple operations were included as separate samples for each operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Take antibiotics for more than 3 days within 3 months before surgery;? Patients who regularly take sleep AIDS throughout the perioperative period;Take probiotics and/or prebiotics within 1 year prior to or during the study;? cases of intraoperative death;?) Diarrhea within 1 month after the study or during the study;? History of mental disorders.
