Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years; (2) Surgery for non-small cell lung cancer (stage I-III) confirmed by histology or cytology, with expected survival of at least 6 months from study start; (3) Score >18 on the cancer-related fatigue scale; (4) Being conscious, able to walk independently, and having good comprehension and communication skills; (5) Not having received pulmonary rehabilitation or auricular acupressure treatment in the previous three months; (6) Voluntarily agreeing to take part in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications to physical exercise rehabilitation, including myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular accident, unstable angina, aneurysms and recent hemoptysis in the past year (< 90 days), severe arrhythmias, musculoskeletal or mental disorders; (2) Receiving other forms of traditional Chinese medicine after surgery (including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, etc.); (3) have participated in or are participating in similar nursing intervention studies; (4) The ear profile skin is inflammatory or damaged, and is allergic to medical adhesive cloth.
