Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) = 18 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine, diagnosed as CKD5 stage; (3) 5-D itch scale score=9 points; (4) The activated part of the thromboplastin time and prothrombin time are within the normal range; (5) Be able to fluently dialogue with researchers and answer researchers' questions; (6) Those who voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of mental illness such as paranoia, anxiety or depression; (2) Patients with confirmed skin diseases such as eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, chronic urticaria, dermatophytosis, scabies infection and pemphigoid; (3) Chronic skin itching symptoms before the diagnosis of ESRD; (4) Those with severe skin trauma, ulceration, infection, etc. that are not suitable for foot bathing; (5) Itchy skin caused by biliary cirrhosis, allergies, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, diabetes, malignant tumors, blood diseases, parasites, etc.; (6) Confirmed chronic itching of neurogenic chronic itching caused by mass lesions of the central nervous system or neurodegenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis; (7) Those who have used any drugs used to treat itchy skin, such as corticosteroids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants and other Chinese medicine preparations in the past 1 month; (8) Those who are known to be allergic to any of the flavors of Chinese medicine in the blood nourishing formula; (9) moderate and above hearing loss (= 35 dB HL); (10) After kidney transplantation; (11) Pregnant or planning to become pregnant and lactating women; (12) Those who have participated in other drug trials within 3 months prior to enrollment; (13) Participation in other experimantal studies.
