Propofol group (P group):Anesthesia induction using intravenous injection of propofol (1.5mg/kg) and succinylcholine chloride (1mg/kg)
Esketamine (Group E):Anesthesia induction using intravenous injection of esketamine (1.0mg/kg) and succinylcholine chloride (1mg/kg)
Propofol plus esketamine group (PE group):Intravenous injection of propofol (0.6mg/kg) with ketamine (0.5mg/kg) and succinylcholine chloride (1mg/kg) for anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 and above, with a Hamilton Depression Scale score greater than 20, and planning to undergo electroconvulsive therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cerebral vascular malformations, aneurysms, hypertension or glaucoma; 2) ASA score is IV or V; 3) Complications such as respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular diseases, intracranial hypertension, and cerebrovascular diseases; 4) The presence of foreign objects, such as pacemakers and intracranial electrodes; 5) History of epilepsy; 6) History of drug abuse; 7) Accompanying mental disorders; 8) Pregnancy; 9) History of serious adverse reactions related to anesthetics; 10) Refuse to accept research.
