18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 18-65 years, body mass index 18-30 kg/m2, ASA grade I to II; ? Coagulation function and electrocardiogram results were normal; ? Preoperative self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score > 50 points; ? The consent for gynecological day surgery and anesthesia has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Mental retardation, mental or neurological disorders; ? Antiemetics, emetics, opioids or glucocorticoids were used within 3 days before surgery; ? Complicated with severe respiratory, circulatory, hepatic and renal insufficiency and central system diseases; ?Known allergies to the drugs used in this study.
