Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 20-80, any gender; ? Continuous gross hematuria, decreased hemoglobin, dull pain in the affected side of the waist, and confirmed diagnosis of renal hemorrhage through B-ultrasound, CT, MRI, or renal arteriography; ? Closed trauma; ? Continuous bleeding with failure of conservative treatment; ? Willingness to undergo interventional surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with bleeding caused by pathological factors such as renal tumors; ? Patients with critical conditions such as difficult hemostasis and severe renal pedicle injury, requiring nephrectomy to save lives; ? Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, or brain function, unable to undergo interventional surgical treatment; ? Patients with inflammatory and infectious diseases; ? Patients allergic to contrast agents; ? Patients unable to complete follow-up.
