Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Women of any age; b. Normal diet (meaning no spontaneous use of vitamin C-related oral medications and injections); c.Fasting for at least 8 hours prior to blood collection; d. Healthy person means normal physical examination with no history of underlying and chronic diseases; women with benign breast disease; women with primary breast cancer detected as malignant by histopathologic biopsy (early stage breast cancer means diagnosed but before neoadjuvant and postoperative adjuvant, and advanced breast cancer means diagnosed metastasis and before systemic therapy); e. Not taking barbiturates, tetracyclines and salicylic acid in the last 6 months; f. Voluntarily participate in this study, sign the informed consent and have good compliance;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with two or more malignant tumors in the same period; b.History of surgical procedures other than breast surgery present in the last 6 months; c. History of radiotherapy; d. Patients with systemic infections, acute and chronic bleeding disorders, hyperthyroidism, gastrointestinal disorders (prolonged diarrhea, post gastric or ileal resection) and chronic hemodialysis;
