Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Axillary lymphadenectomy for breast cancer 2.quasi-radiotherapy 3.Women with unilateral breast cancer 4.Aged > 18 years, conscious, fully self-reliant 5.No previous history of shoulder disease 6.Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with breast cancer recurrence 2.Unfinished breast cancer chemotherapy 3.Patients with heart and kidney disease, deep vein thrombosis 4.Previous swelling of the arm due to other reasons
