Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent gastrointestinal laparoscopic surgical treatment under general anesthesia in our hospital from June 2024 to September 2024, male and female, aged 50-70 years, ASA classification I-III. 2.Cardio and pulmonary function not abnormal 3.Liver and kidney function not abnormal 4.Good patient compliance and cooperation to complete the required tests 5.Patients and their families sign an informed consent form 6.Patient is not participating in other clinical trials
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of abdominal surgery 2. Pre-operative radiotherapy treatment 3. Presence of autoimmune diseases 4. Combined hematologic diseases
