Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis aligns with the RA classification criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2010 and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR). 2) Patients aged over 18 and under 80 years, of any gender. 3) Patients participate in the study voluntarily, exhibit good compliance, and possess the capability to comprehend and sign the informed consent form before the study. 4) During surgery, samples of synovial tissue from the inflamed joint area can be collected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Concurrent presence of other rheumatic diseases; 2) Coexistence of malignant tumors; 3) Currently experiencing acute or chronic infections, or having a history of active tuberculosis; 4) History of immunodeficiency, acquired or congenital immunodeficiency disorders, or organ transplants; 5) Presence of psychiatric disorders or other obstacles to compliance.
