Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes; Resident residents who have resided in this community for at least 1 year; Age range from 40 to 70 years old; 18.5 kg/m2 = body mass index (BMI)<30 kg/m2; Those who voluntarily participate in this study and are able to complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with high liquidity, poor compliance, and inability to complete follow-up; Type 1 diabetes patients; Individuals with severe mobility disorders; Transaminase is greater than three times the normal value; Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2); Individuals with malignant tumors and severe mental disorders; Individuals with other major illnesses.
