Dexmedetomidine opioid-sparing group (DO):Dexmedetomidine was given perioperatively

Opioid-sparing group (FO):Dexmedetomidine was not administered given perioperatively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Above 18 years old, under 80 years old ? Preoperative diagnosis of lung cancer patients ? Underwent thoracoscopic surgery ? Good coagulation function, perioperative anticoagulation treatment is not accepted, epidural puncture can be accepted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Previous coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, anemia, coagulation dysfunction ? Open surgery ? Patients cannot communicate
