18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for non-specific low back pain (NLBP). 2. Age: 18-60 years, no gender restriction. 3. VAS pain assessment score of =40 mm at the time of enrollment. 4. Negative urine pregnancy test for female participants. 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intense exercise within the past week. 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) = 28 kg/m². 3. Indications for lumbar surgery. 4. Neurological deficits. 5. Pregnancy, menstruation, or breastfeeding. 6. Suffering from mental illness or dementia. 7. Local skin injury or skin disease. 8. Participation in other clinical trials.
