18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of discogenic low back pain; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.ASA Level I-III; 4. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5-24kg/m^2; 5. The patient agrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of alcohol and drug abuse and neuropathy; 2.Diabetic patients with allergy to Iodohexol, coagulopathy, injection site infection and poor glycemic control; 3.Liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Mental illness, inability to cooperate and communication disorder.
