Electroacupuncture group:Acupuncture is used to stimulate meridian points combined with electroacupuncture
Sham Electroacupuncture group:Shallow acupuncture is used to stimulate non-meridian non-points combined with sham electroacupuncture

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD, combined with type II respiratory failure; (2) Comply with 2023 GOLD Class II AECOPD; (3) Age between 40 and 75 years old, gender is not limited; (4) The patient had never received acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment, and the clinical case data were relatively complete; (5) The patient was conscious, and the time of non-invasive ventilation treatment after admission was more than 24h, and the hemodynamics were stable; (6) The patient gives informed consent and can insist on examination, treatment and follow-up according to the requirements of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diaphragmatic paralysis, cervical spine injury or neuromuscular disease (such as myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, etc.); (2) Exclude bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease and other chronic lung diseases requiring intervention or treatment; Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, urinary, blood, nervous and endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, infectious diseases; (3) After previous thoracotomy or upper abdominal surgery; Pneumothorax or mediastinal emphysema; Large pleural effusion or active lung lesions adjacent to the diaphragm; Intraperitoneal high pressure =12mmHg; (4) pregnant and lactating patients; (5) Skin infection or scar at or near the acupuncture site; (6) Patients with built-in metal materials and cardiac pacemakers in the thoracic area; (7) Patients with poor understanding and communication skills or accompanied by cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder, consciousness disorder, or inability to cooperate with examination and treatment; (8) Patients who have received other TCM non-drug therapies in the past six months; (9) The researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this researcher.
