Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age > 18 years; ? Patients who require surgical treatment for removal of functional adrenal tumors and have increased cortisol levels or aldosterone levels as assessed by a specialist; (iii) Those who have not received vitreous cavity injections of medications, laser photocoagulation therapy and other internal ocular surgeries, or history of ocular trauma; ? Using OCT, OCTA examination can more accurately present the retinal choroidal structure, and the image quality is greater than 6; ? Signed informed consent and willing to follow up according to the time specified in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? High myopia over 6.00D or eye axis length >26.5mm; ? Combined with other fundus diseases except central plasma retinopathy (including high myopia, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal arteriovenous occlusion, macular degeneration, etc.); ?History of treatment for ocular diseases (including history of ophthalmic surgery or laser treatment, etc.); (iv) Those who have significant turbidity of the refractive media, which affects the quality of OCTA images and the image quality is less than 6; and Those who have poor adherence to treatment and have difficulty in regular outpatient review and cooperation with treatment.
