Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adopting transurethral bladder tumor resection surgery for treatment, and the intraoperative pathological diagnosis is non muscular infiltrating epithelial carcinoma; ? Age range: < 80 years old; ? Bladder infusion chemotherapy drugs have been evaluated by doctors as suitable for the use of pirarubicin; ? Those who have reading comprehension and can communicate normally; ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Urethral stenosis; ? Participate in other clinical trials; ? Individuals with language communication disorders, mental disorders, or cognitive impairments; ? Severe complications of the urinary system or other systems (such as severe infection, malignant hypertension, severe cerebrovascular accident, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.) that prevent normal chemotherapy; ? Patients with a history of malignancies other than bladder cancer; ? During the research period, I was unable to continue participating in the research due to relocation or other reasons.
