Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis: a. Most of the time in the first month, there was knee pain; b. Bone sounds during joint movement; c. Morning stiffness less than 30 minutes; d. Age greater than or equal to 38 years old; e. Knee examination shows bony hypertrophy. Those who meet criteria a, b, c, d, or criteria a, b, e, or a, d, e can be diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. ? Age from 18 to 70 years old; ? both knees have not undergone knee arthroplasty, and do not plan to undergo knee arthroplasty in the past six months; ? Voluntary participation in this study, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?patients with consciousness disorder, cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, unable to accurately express their own wishes, or unable to cooperate with the completion of the assessment and treatment; ? pregnant and lactating women; ? skin damage around the knee joint; ? accompanied by other diseases affecting lower limb function and exercise training; ? patients with other serious systemic diseases are unable to cooperate with the investigators; ? have participated in other clinical research within 3 months before participating in this study, or are participating in other clinical investigators.
