Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Coma caused by various reasons for more than 28 days, consistent with the diagnosis of chronic disturbance of consciousness, diagnosed as vegetative state or minimally conscious state by Coma Recovery Scale-Revised; 2) aged 18-75 years old; 3) receiving short-term spinal cord stimulation; 4) no other invasive or noninvasive neuromodulation therapy such as repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation, deep brain stimulation, or long-term spinal cord stimulation. 5) The close relatives or legal guardians agreed to participate in the clinical trial and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) uncontrolled intracranial infection; 2) frequent seizures that were difficult to control; 3) long-term or continuous use of sedatives; 4) unstable vital signs requiring continuous use of mechanical ventilation or vasopressors and short expected survival time; 5) combined with severe spinal cord injury or spinal stenosis; 6) loss of consciousness due to neurodegenerative diseases, severe chronic diseases or end-stage malignant tumors; 7) are participating in other clinical trials or are in the "washout period" of other clinical trials; 8) EEG data can not reflect the true state or is not suitable for EEG collection, such as large skull defect, skull repair, scalp defect infection.
