18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PD patients diagnosed according to the PD diagnostic criteria formulated by MDS in 2018 have improved H&Y stage 1-3; 2. Age 18-85 years old; 3. Receive normal anti-Parkinson's drug therapy; 4. No obvious impairment of vision or corrected vision or hearing; 5. Good compatibility, with certain compliance; 6. Able to understand and cooperate with clinical evaluation and treatment; 7. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 8. Voluntary participation. Informed consent signed by the patient himself or by his immediate family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious cognitive and emotional disorders and it is difficult to complete the experiment; 2. History of other organic diseases of the central nervous system, such as cerebrovascular diseases, encephalitis, tumors, and severe epilepsy; 3. There are other diseases that affect cognitive function, such as Parkinson's syndrome; 4. Combined history of other mental illness or family history of mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, autism; 5. Dementia (MMSE: illiterate subjects < 17, subjects with primary education < 20, junior high school and higher education subjects < 24); 6. Unstable vital signs combined with serious chronic diseases; 7. People with severe visual and hearing impairment; 8. Is participating in another clinical trial; 9. Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the study requirements.
