Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty female patients who underwent elective gynecological surgery at Tianjin Central Hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics ( myomectomy ), ASA I ~ II, aged 18-65 years, BMI < 30 ( kg / m2 ), without coronary heart disease, hypertension, severe heart and lung disease, normal liver and kidney function, endocrine disease, neurological disease; preoperative cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney function tests showed no obvious abnormalities. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tianjin Central Hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics, and all cases signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of alcoholism, drug abuse or opioid dependence ; history of chronic pain, history of continuous pain treatment; analgesic drugs were used 72 hours before surgery; those who were not followed up after operation; patients who did not undergo PCIA analgesia after surgery.
