Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent sleeve resection of R1 margin status ; 2. patients underwent pneumonectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with small cell lung cancer, unknown TNM stage, unknown pathological report, sarcoma, distant metastasis stage IV, (M1a-M1c), thoracic metastases, wedge resection, segmental resection, N3 lymph node invasion, benign tumors, precancerous lesions (atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ), mediastinal tumors, tracheal tumors, or previous history of cancer were excluded.
