Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meet the diagnostic criteria of post-traumatic knee joint contracture and the first diagnosis is knee joint contracture; ?unilateral knee joint injury caused by trauma, knee joint contracture caused by lack of corresponding early rehabilitation intervention after operation; ? active flexion of knee joint = 110 °; ?18~80 years old; ? Volunteer to participate in this trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Combined with other bone and joint diseases, such as arthritis, bone tumor, joint tuberculosis, etc.; ?Those with severe diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; ?Patients with poor compliance and cognitive impairment, etc.
