Interventions

Single arm:Aerobic exercise intervention, three times a week, 30 minutes of exercise at 70% to 80% of the maximum heart rate predicted by age.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Recruit a group of 40 students between the ages of 18-30;2) People without exercise habits were assessed with the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (IPAQ);3) No contraindications to exercise, no colour blindness, visual impairment or mental illness;4) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Total weekly gross force activity level =600 MET-min/w;2) Have a history of heart disease or a family history of it;(3) Implantation of pacemakers, plates and nails in the body;4) Have a sports injury/sports illness that has not healed within three months;5) Suffer from neurological disorders;6) Suffer from heart disease or respiratory disease;7) Other conditions that make participation in this experiment unsuitable.
