Interventions

1:Patients in AMCI Group were treated with acupuncture at Hegu and taichong points (Fig. 2) . The location of"Siguan acupoint" refers to the national standard of the People's Republic of China"Acupoin
2:The Observation Group, without treatment, only received MRI examination

55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) subjective memory complaints, (2) objective memory loss, defined as a delayed recall score lower than the education-adjusted score on the Wechsler Memory Scale logical memory test (WMS) , (3) clinical dementia score (CDR) of 0.5; (4) the score of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) is equal to or higher than 24 points (total score is 30 points) , (5) the general cognitive and functional performance is fully preserved, and the diagnosis of AD can not be made after assessment by neurologists; (6) no diagnosis of depression (geriatric depression scale, GDS score & LT; 5) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A History of neurological disorder trauma, previous or ongoing use of non-AD-related drugs known to affect brain function, and a history of alcohol or drug abuse within two years (5) left-handedness and (6) contraindications such as large metallic foreign bodies in the body and artificial pacemaker implantation.
