Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction confirmed by MRI or cranial CT; (2) Age 18-90 years; (3) Swallowing function assessed at = grade 3 by the modified pudding water test; (4) NRS 2002 = grade 3 after nutritional risk screening; (5) Glasgow Coma Scale score > 8, stable vital signs, and basically stable condition; and (6) Full understanding of the patient and his family members, informed consent and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) people with seizures or cognitive dysfunction after stroke; (2) people with a history of nasopharyngeal surgery or occupational lesions and other diseases that can affect swallowing function; (3) patients with a combination of severe cardiac, hepatic, renal diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and tumors; (4) people with psychiatric disorders and dementia who are unable to cooperate with the study; and (5) patients in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
