Age
65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age greater than 65 and less than 90 years old; (2)ASA classification I-III; (3)Elective laparoscopic surgery patients, the operation requires a pneumoperitoneum time of not less than 90 minutes; (4)BMI<28 kg/m2; (5) Patients with normal preoperative electrocardiogram, arterial oxygenation, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide; (6) Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency surgery, unplanned reoperation; (2) contraindication of arterial catheterization; (3) Severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; (4) Preoperative complicated with obvious respiratory diseases, such as COPD, severe;respiratory infection, pulmonary infection, etc; (5) Preoperative SpO2 = 90% or PaO2 = 60mmHg when breathing air, preoperative hemoglobin < 90g / L; (6) it is expected that there is a difficult airway;
