Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea established by the Canadian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists; (2) Age =18 years and =40 years, female; (3) No pathological changes were found in the uterine adnexa and other pelvic organs by transabdominal ultrasonography; (4) Duration of primary dysmenorrhea =3 months; (5) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic adhesion, cervical inflammatory disease, etc. diagnosed by Western medicine; (2) Previous history of abdominal or pelvic surgery, contraceptive devices placed in the uterus, etc.; (3) existing major mental disorders, such as moderate or severe depression, bipolar disorder, etc.; (4) existing patients with major medical diseases, such as malignant tumors, serious heart disease, hypertension, etc.; (5) Patients who have used NSAIDs, traditional Chinese medicine or other means to treat dysmenorrhea in the past 1 month; (6) Patients preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation; (7) Unable to read comprehension scale.
