Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age of 12 to 24 months; ?Meet the diagnostic criteria for comprehensive developmental delay in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-V); ? Standing balance =1 level; ? The guardian of the child volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Developmental disorder of the hip joint; ? Accompanied by epilepsy;? Unstable vital signs;? Non-compliance with treatment.
