Orthopedic upper extremity surgery

Interventions

Group L:0.375% ropivacaine 20 ml is used in brachial plexus block
Group S:Brachial plexus block using 0.375% ropivacaine combined with 0.5µg/ml Sufentanil 20ml
Group R:Brachial plexus block using erythrocyte-encapsulated Sufentanil solution and 0.375% ropivacaine 20ml

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery, ASA class I or II, aged between 20 and 60 years old, and BMI 18 to 27 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with abnormal coagulation function; (2) Persons with mental disorders; (3) There is a history of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesic drugs; (4) Have a history of allergy to amide local anesthetics or opioids; (5) Failure to correctly understand the pain VAS score and reject the participant.
