18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Over 18 years old. ? Patients admitted to the cardiovascular department of our hospital in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ST-segment Elevation myocardial Infarction (2019) to undergo emergency coronary interventional treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Stable angina; ? Acute cerebrovascular accident; ? Abnormal renal function, creatinine > 177umol/L; Severe Heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function rating III or higher. (5) Complex coronary lesions are expected to require IABP placement. ? Patients with severe bleeding tendency or recent history of bleeding disease. ? Pregnancy.
